We've given a lot of thought on what would be the best way to organise the support. Since there is only three of us, we decied that the best way would be to utilise a forum for this purpose. It trully is the best way.

Each product subforum in the support category has English and Serbian language option. There you can open a topic and write down issues you are having.

Some changes are planed once MyAccount service is introduced. You will be able to follow topics you have started which are not closed from there. An account will be automatically created for each and every customer. The customer will be able to access only to the support section of the forum for products which he owns.
